Mezzanine Borrowers definition

Mezzanine Borrowers means, collectively, First Mezzanine Borrower, Second Mezzanine Borrower, Third Mezzanine Borrower, Fourth Mezzanine Borrower, Fifth Mezzanine Borrower, Sixth Mezzanine Borrower, Seventh Mezzanine Borrower, Eighth Mezzanine Borrower, Ninth Mezzanine Borrower and any New Mezzanine Borrower.

Mezzanine Borrowers means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, First Mezzanine Borrowers and Second Mezzanine Borrowers.

Mezzanine Borrowers means the First Mezzanine Borrower, Second Mezzanine Borrower, Third Mezzanine Borrower, and/or Fourth Mezzanine Borrower, or all such borrowers collectively, as the context may require.

Examples of Mezzanine Borrowers in a sentence

• Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, if an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, all funds on deposit in the Cash Trap Reserve and any subsequent Excess Cash Flow, while such Event of Default is continuing, may be applied by Lender to payment of the Loan (including payment of any Prepayment Consideration) or other Obligations (or to the obligations of the Mezzanine Borrowers to Mezzanine Lender) as Lender may elect.

• After giving effect to the Loan, the fair saleable value of Mezzanine Borrower's assets exceeds and will, immediately following the making of the Loan, exceed Mezzanine Borrower's total liabilities, including, without limitation, subordinated, unliquidated, disputed and contingent liabilities.

• There is no fact presently known to Mezzanine Borrower which has not been disclosed which has a Material Adverse Effect, or to the Best of Mezzanine Borrower's Knowledge could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

• Mezzanine Borrower has not, and to the Best of Mezzanine Borrower's Knowledge no Person has, done by act or omission anything which would impair the coverage of any such policy.

Mezzanine Borrowers means Mezzanine A Borrower and Mezzanine B Borrower.
