Written Directives definition

Written Directives means the written processes, standards, and requirements issued by the Department to implement the Resource Family Approval Program.
Written Directives. (WDs)1 means the written processes, standards, and requirements issued by the CDSS to implement the RFA Program. (See WDs section 3-01(a) (101).   • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Supervising physician means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A. The supervising physician is responsible for medical direction of emergency medical care personnel when such personnel are providing emergency medical care.
