First Formal Interview. At the formal interview the manager will: • describe the unsatisfactory performance and/or conduct, • review what actions have occurred to date, if any, • if there have been actions as a result of previous informal discussions, discuss with the employee why there has not been an improvement as a result of those actions, • seek a response from the employee, or if the employee wants time to respond, agree a date and time for a further meeting no later than 48 hours from the meeting, • once the employee has responded, if the allegations are unproven the process will cease. If the allegations are proven, the process continues: • agree the further actions that need to be taken to achieve a satisfactory level of performance and/or conduct, agree the assistance, if any, that the Trust will provide, • agree the time frame for a further review of performance and/or conduct, • advise the employee that if there is no improvement a second or a final warning will be given, • provide to the employee a written report of the interview and a written warning for the employee,.   • Interview Period It is agreed that upon commencement of employment new employees will be advised by a representative of the Hospital of the existence of the Union and the conditions surrounding their employment as contained in the herein collective agreement and any rules that may be formulated under its terms.   • Consulting Teachers A. A Consulting Teacher is a permanent status unit member who provides assistance to a Participating Teacher and assists Probationary Teachers as a Support Provider as the caseload formula allows. Consulting Teachers shall possess the following qualifications:
