Fibre Optic Broadband Service. The following special conditions shall apply in relation to our Fibre Optic Broadband Service. If you are already a Customer in receipt of our Broadband Service you will have to agree to the commencement of a new Minimum Period for your packaged Services and that Minimum Period will begin when we successfully install the Fibre Optic Broadband Service. When you sign up to the Fibre Optic Broadband Service we will arrange a convenient time for an engineer to visit the Premises to install and set up the necessary equipment for the provision of the Fibre Optic Broadband Service. From time to time, we may have to re- schedule an appointment. If we have to do this, we will try to re-schedule another appointment as soon as reasonably possible. We will not be responsible to you for any delay in keeping appointments or if we have to re-schedule an appointment. Please note that an engineer may contact you directly in relation to your appointment for the installation of the Fibre Optic Broadband Service. You will usually be charged a fee for the installation and set up of the Fibre Optic Broadband Service (the “Fibre Optic Activation Fee") and you will be informed of that fee at the time you order the Fibre Optic Broadband Service. If you have agreed to a visit from an engineer you or someone over the age of 18 authorised by you must be present. If the engineer is not able to come onto your Premises or get access to any equipment, we may charge you an abortive visit charge listed in our Price List. In order to provide the Fibre Optic Broadband Service the engineer may have to move the location of the telephone master socket within the Premises as well as install additional wiring. If you do not consent to the change in location of the telephone master socket or the installation of additional wiring the engineer will cease the installation of the Fibre Optic Broadband Service, you may be charged a fee to cover our reasonable costs and you will revert back to the Services we provided to you prior to your order of the Fibre Optic Broadband Service. At the time of your Order we will give you an estimate of the Transmission Speed that we expect your Fibre Optic Broadband Service connection to attain and we will only process your Order if that estimate is above the minimum Transmission Speed stated for the Fibre Optic Broadband Service.   • Broadband Services Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), when XO seeks access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of "broadband services," as such term is defined by the FCC, then in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, Verizon shall provide XO with nondiscriminatory access under the Amended Agreement to the existing time division multiplexing features, functions, and capabilities of that Hybrid Loop, including DS1 or DS3 capacity (where impairment has been found to exist, which, for the avoidance of any doubt, does not include instances in which Verizon is not required to provide a DS1 Loop under Section 3.4.1 below or is not required to provide a DS3 Loop under Section 3.4.2 below) on an unbundled basis to establish a complete transmission path between the Verizon central office serving an end user and the end user's customer premises. This access shall include access to all features, functions, and capabilities of the Hybrid Loop that are not used to transmit packetized information.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Telecommunications Services The offering of telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.
