The 'Engineer visits' clause outlines the requirements and procedures for site visits by the project engineer during the course of a construction or engineering project. 5.2. If an engineer visits you at the Residence following a request from you to remedy a fault with the Network and no fault exists within the Network, you will be liable for a €30.00 engineer charge. For the avoidance of doubt, this charge will still apply in situations where we cannot provide the Service, as the fault is not within our Network (for example, the fault is within the Owner’s infrastructure).

Where a Service fault is not detected via remote line testing by the Supplier’s service desk, a Supplier engineer may be arranged to investigate the Broadband Service. Engineer appointments are subject to the Supplier’s engineer availability Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays, Public and Bank Holidays.

11.3 If you do not allow us access to your property to perform the services as arranged and/or equipment cannot be delivered to you (and you do not have a good reason for this) we may charge you additional costs incurred by us as a result. 11.4 You must provide a minimum of two (2) working days’ notice if you wish to cancel an engineer appointment. You may be charged the full cost for an engineer appointment if notice isn’t provided.
11.5 If we need to cancel or change the time of an engineer visit, we’ll give you as much notice as we can.
11.6 If you ask us to upgrade a service, but don’t consent to necessary engineering work, you’ll stay on your current service.
11.7 If we perform engineering work at your property, we won’t reverse this work when your service ends.
Engineer visits. Occasionally an engineer visit will be necessary to investigate or fix a faulty service. Engineer visits are free of charge if the problem is found to lie within the Call Flow network using the test configuration described in section 5.2. You will be charged for the engineer visit if the fault lies on the customer side of the network, and these charges are set out in the Price Guide. When you book an engineer visit, we will: • Agree an appointment date and time window with you and will endeavour to contact you a minimum of two working days in advance where reasonably possible if this changes. You can change or cancel any appointment date but you must give us at least two working days’ notice. • Explain that you, the account holder, or someone over 18 years with your authorisation to make decisions relating to the fault on your behalf, must be present for the engineer visit. • Explain and agree any pre-requisite requirements for the premises to ensure that the engineer can carry out the work.
