Staff Time. OWNER and VILLAGE agree that for the costs of review by staff necessary for the review of the development of the Property, OWNER shall reimburse the VILLAGE as required in the Village Ordinances. This obligation shall commence upon the Village’s approval of this Agreement.

Staff Time. AGENCY agrees to a blended rate of $85 per hour for staff services outside of the monthly retainer fee including art direction, photo direction, graphic design, creative writing, copywriting, public relations, social media, and web design and a rate of $110 per hour for AGENCY computer programming outside the scope of web design. Any advanced programming requirements outside the AGENCY’s capabilities will be estimated and presented for approval.
Staff Time. For additional services such as clerical, secretarial, administrative assistant, graphic designer and bookkeeper, as requested by the XXXXX President or designee, will be invoiced at the close of each month.   • Business Time The Executive agrees to devote his full business time to the business and affairs of the Company and to use his best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the responsibilities assigned to him hereunder, to the extent necessary to discharge such responsibilities, except for:
