Staff Time Clause Samples

The "Staff Time" clause defines how the time spent by personnel on a project or service is measured, tracked, and billed. Typically, it outlines which staff members' hours are chargeable, the method for recording time (such as timesheets or hourly logs), and the applicable rates for different roles or levels of expertise. This clause ensures transparency in billing and helps both parties understand and agree on the costs associated with labor, thereby preventing disputes over compensation for staff efforts.
