Common use of Fee Changes Clause in Contracts

Fee Changes. With respect to existing Services, GreenOrbit reserves the right to vary and change the Fees annually. Where GreenOrbit does so, it will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice in advance. With respect to new Hosted services, the fees for any new services will take immediate effect from the date GreenOrbit notifies you of same.
