Fees for the Service. Fees
(a) You are liable to pay all fees arising out of the use of the service that we provide to you, whether that use was by you or any other person with or without your consent.
(b) If a service is used to access the facilities or services of another supplier, amounts charged by that other supplier are, unless our agreement specifies otherwise, your responsibility, and you will indemnify us in relation to any such charges. If we are charged those amounts we may include them in the fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all amounts payable by you under or in connection with our agreement are exclusive of GST. If GST is payable on a taxable supply made to you, the amount payable by you for that taxable supply will be the amount expressed in our agreement or the relevant document connected with our agreement.
Fees for the Service. The fees for the Service, which enables the Device to communicate with the Internet Of Things hub run by Sensor Networks, as well as all other related fees for the Service, the Device and additional services, are set out in the Fees Schedule, which may be updated from time to time. All fees may be increased annually, depending on the increase in costs related to the Service.
Fees for the Service. The Annual Delivery Plan shall specify annual fees in respect of the following: ● A HRA-funded Management Fee for the management of the delegated functions; ● Any fees for services funded by the Council from outside the HRA (e.g. fees for the management of the Traveller site); ● A fee to fund and manage the capital investment programme for HRA assets.

Fees for the Service. 19.1 The Fees for the specified Service is set out in Table C below:
19.2 The stated Fees are exclusive of VAT.
19.3 Monthly recurring charges are payable monthly in arrears.
19.4 All set-up Fees shall be included with the first monthly payment for the Services.
19.5 All payments shall be made by Customer in accordance with Clause 6 (Fees, Expenses and Payment) to the Company within 30 days of the date of an undisputed invoice, OR;
19.6 Payment of invoices shall be by Direct Debit (on or around 15 days from invoice date).

13.3 Acceptance and Notification of Invoicing shall be in accordance with clause 5.1 of the Agreement.
13.4 The total One Time Charges in Table A shall be payable on the Commencement Date.
13.5 From the Commencement Date the Monthly Recurring Charges shall become due and will be invoiced monthly in advance in accordance with the terms stated in Clause 6 of the Agreement.
