Platform Access Fee definition

Platform Access Fee means the recurring Fee owed for the Platform Access per Account.
Platform Access Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

Examples of Platform Access Fee in a sentence

  • Token Price: USD $1.00 per Token Fee Type Fee Platform Access Fee Fee of USD $25,000.00 per twelve (12) month period.

  • Grass Valley may unilaterally increase either the Platform Access Fee, any Subscription Fee, the Consumption Fees, the Token Price and/or the Token Rates not more than one time per twelve (12) month period upon ninety (90) days prior notice to Advanced Channel Partner.

  • The contractor must then submit a price quote to the Contract Administrator within 48 hours after notification of request.

  • The Platform Access Fee shall be automatically invoiced annually thereafter upon renewal, subject to the non-renewal terms of Section 7.1.1. The Consumption Fees shall accrue and be payable upon Use of any Application Workload by Managed Service Provider and shall be due within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of Grass Valley’s invoice.

  • On the Effective Date, Managed Service Provider (a) has Ordered the Platform Access with the obligation to pay the Platform Access Fee, and (b) the Platform Access Fee shall be due by Managed Service Provider on the Effective Date.

Related to Platform Access Fee

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Introduction Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the Agency for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement;

  • Connection Fee means a fee charged by a local entity to pay for the costs of

  • Automated data acquisition and handling system or "DAHS" means that component of the continuous emission monitoring system, or other emissions monitoring system approved for use under section 11 of this rule, designed to interpret and convert individual output signals from pollutant concentration monitors, flow monitors, diluent gas monitors, and other component parts of the monitoring system to produce a continuous record of the measured parameters in the measurement units required by section 11 of this rule.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Open Access Customer means a consumer permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person, other than Distribution Licensee of his area of supply, and the expression includes a generating company and a Licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of open access;

  • Fraud Monitoring System means an off-line administration system that monitors suspected occurrences of ABT- related fraud.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Multiple tomogram system means a computed tomography X-ray system which obtains X-ray transmission data simultaneously during a single scan to produce more than one tomogram.

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Secondary dose monitoring system means a system which will terminate irradiation in the event of failure of the primary dose monitoring system.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.
