Annual Volume definition
Annual Volume means the minimum volume of Product to be manufactured in any Year of this Agreement as set forth in Schedule B;
Annual Volume means, for the purpose of the Price for a particular Product, Patheon’s assumed minimum volume of Product to be manufactured in any Year as set out in the “Annual Volume Forecast” section of Schedule A of the applicable Product Agreement for such Product;
Annual Volume means the actual volume of water used by Customer for the period of July 1st to June 30th as measured on bills issued from August 1st through July 31st.

Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $0.00 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term.
The Price is subject to change if the specified Minimum Order Quantity changes or if the Annual Volume is not ordered in a Year.
Client acknowledges that the Price in any Year is quoted based upon the Minimum Order Quantity and the Annual Volume specified in Schedule B to a Product Agreement.

More Definitions of Annual Volume
Annual Volume means the volume of Product manufactured in any Year of this Agreement as set forth in Schedule B;
Annual Volume means, for the purpose of the Price, Patheon’s assumed minimum volume of Product to be manufactured in any Year as set out in the “Annual Volume Forecast” section of Schedule A of the applicable Product Agreement;
Annual Volume for each 12 month period described in this definition (each such 12 month period an “Alternate Royalty Year”) means: • [***] Barrels (corresponding to [***] in Alternate Royalty payments) during the 12 month period beginning on the Royalty Date; • [***] Barrels (corresponding to [***] in Alternate Royalty payments) during the 12 month period beginning on first anniversary of the Royalty Date; • [***] Barrels (corresponding to [***] in Alternate Royalty payments) during the 12 month period beginning on the second anniversary of the Royalty Date; • [***] Barrels (corresponding to [***] in Alternate Royalty payments) during the period beginning on the third anniversary of the Royalty Date; and • [***] Barrels (corresponding to [***] in Alternate Royalty payments) during the period beginning on the fourth anniversary of the Royalty Date.
Annual Volume means:
(a) for all Items other than Tapestry and its modules, the aggregate Volume for an Item of Program Property during the twelve-month period beginning on the date of this Agreement and for each succeeding twelve-month period thereafter (whether or not You have increased the Licensed Volume); and
(b) for Tapestry and its modules, Annual Volume is the number of members (see Exhibit 6) as of the last anniversary of the date of this Agreement (or as of the date of this Agreement until its first anniversary).
Annual Volume. For any Contract Year, the maximum volume of NOW permitted to be delivered by or on behalf of NESI at no cost and accepted for disposal by USL, which volume shall be 375,000 barrels of NOW for the first Contract Year, 500,000 barrels of NOW for the second Contract Year and 500,000 barrels of NOW for the third Contract Year.
Annual Volume. For each Option Year separately, the maximum volume of NOW permitted to be delivered by or on behalf of NESI at no cost and accepted for Disposal by USL, which volume shall be 1,400,000 barrels of NOW for each Option Year. BASE RATE: 146.4.
Annual Volume means the minimum volume of Product to be manufactured by Patheon in any Year of this Agreement for purposes of calculating the fees as set forth in Schedule B hereto;
