Equipment and Personnel. During the time mutual aid is being furnished, all equipment used by the Party rendering aid shall continue to be owned, leased, or rented by the Party rendering aid. At all times while equipment and personnel of a Party rendering aid are traveling to, from, or within the geographical limits of the requesting Party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, such personnel and equipment shall be deemed to be employed or used, as the case may be, in the full line and cause of duty of the Party rendering aid. In addition, such personnel shall be deemed to be engaged in a governmental function of their entity.
Equipment and Personnel. A. For the purpose of supplying any Product to Buyer, Seller shall provide, at its own expense, adequate facilities, properly maintained equipment, effectively trained employees and professional personnel. Seller and its employees shall engage in safe production without violating any current safety laws or regulations.

The Center does not provide storage for exhibit crates and materials. Client and Client’s service contractor are expected to make arrangements for storage of all crates and materials. Center will also provide technicians, stagehands, electricians, public address system operators, projectionists, security guards, ushers or box office staff at the rates noted on the current Equipment and Services Price List. Center further reserves the right to name all personnel who will operate the Center’s equipment, and Client shall pay for same.

Equipment and Personnel. Company shall at its cost provide Company’s Items and Company’s Personnel and perform the services to be provided or performed by it according to the Drilling Order. In addition to providing the initial supply of Company’s Items, Company shall be responsible, at its cost, for maintaining adequate stock levels and replenishing as necessary. When, at Company’s request and with Contractor’s agreement, the Contractor furnishes or subcontracts for certain items which Company is required herein to provide, for purposes of this Agreement said items or services shall be deemed to be Company’s Items, and Company shall not be relieved of any of its liabilities in connection therewith. For furnishing said items and services, Company shall reimburse Contractor its entire cost plus a handling charge as specified in the Drilling Order.
Equipment and Personnel. 1. Within two (2) days of contract award, the Contractor shall submit a list of equipment which shall be used in the performance of this contract and a list of personnel which shall be directly responsible for the Orange County account (Contractor point of contact) to include office physical location (address), telephone number, cellphone number and email address.

Consultant shall, at its own expense, furnish all equipment, tools, utilities, facilities, material, supplies, supervision, and experienced personnel necessary to perform the Services, and shall pay any and all federal, local and state taxes assessed or levied on account thereof. Consultant shall not allow any unfit, unqualified or unskilled person to perform any part of the Services. Allied shall not be responsible for loss of Consultant’s tools or equipment or the personal effects or tools of Consultant’s employees, if any.

In order to continue to use the Software, Customer shall, at its sole expense, purchase and maintain the minimum necessary computer equipment, telecommunication equipment, and software required for the Software to operate as set forth in Company’s then current specifications, as modified from time to time. The current minimum specifications are available to Customer upon request. In addition, Customer shall provide appropriate personnel to be trained on and to use the Software, as identified by Company from time to time.
