SECTION 3 SPECIFICATIONS / SCOPE OF SERVICES SPECIFICATIONS / SCOPE OF SERVICES Contractor shall provide Liquid Polymer by the pound. The material will be used as a coagulant for the Orange County Wastewater Treatment Facility, South Water Reclamation Facility. The County currently uses two different polymers to coagulate, thicken and xxxxxxx the solids. One type of polymer is used for the Gravity Belt Thickner (GBT) and Belt Filter Press (BFP) application, while a high shear polymer is used for the centrifuge application.

Local preference for Local business and Locally Headquartered Business shall be applied in accordance with Section 2-8.5 of the County Code and the reciprocity agreement between Miami-Dade County and Broward County.
