Personnel Equipment and Material. Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

A/E certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Basic Services required under this Agreement, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. A/E may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

The Acquisition Provider shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the services as required. All employees of the Acquisition Provider shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of the Acquisition Provider who, in the opinion of the State, is incompetent, or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the work, shall immediately be removed from association with the project when so instructed by the State. The Acquisition Provider certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the services required under this contract, or will be able to obtain such personnel from sources other than the State.
Personnel Equipment and Material. 11.1 Personnel engaged by the Supplier in the performance of the Order shall meet the special requirements set by the Buyer and, if no such requirements are set, the general requirements of professional competence and expertise.

The Engineer represents that it presently has, or is able to obtain, adequate qualified personnel in its employment for the timely performance of the Scope of Services required under this Agreement and that the Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment, in the opinion of the FBGPTRA, to perform the Scope of Services when and as required and without delays. It is understood that the FBGPTRA will approve assignment and release of all key Engineer personnel and that the Engineer shall submit written notification of all key Engineer personnel changes for the FBGPTRA’s approval prior to the implementation of such changes. For the purpose of this Agreement, key Engineer personnel are defined as: Project Manager. Services described in this Agreement shall be performed under the direction of a Texas Licensed Professional Engineer.

Surveyor shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Surveying Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Surveying Services as required. All employees of Surveyor shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Surveyor who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Surveying Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Surveyor certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Surveying Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Surveyor may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

Any employee of A/E who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Architectural and Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. A/E certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Architectural and Engineering Services required under this First Amended Agreement, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. A/E may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.
Personnel Equipment and Material. 7.01 Engineer represents that it presently has, or is able to obtain, adequate qualified personnel in its employment for the timely performance of the professional services required under this Agreement. Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the professional services when and as required and without delays.
