Employee Release Time. An employee shall be entitled to reasonable time off without loss of compensation to confer at the work site with a union xxxxxxx on representational matters in accordance with City and Union Paid Release Time section. Release time for these purposes is subject to prior notification to and approval by the employee’s immediate supervisor. Approval of such release time shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Employee Release Time. 1) The Department may, in its discretion, grant to elected officers or appointed representatives of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers – Local 18 (Local 18) time off for union representation activities. Under this Article, no more than nine (9) employees for all five (5) bargaining units collectively shall be so released at any one time.
Employee Release Time. Reasonable release time without loss of compensation will be provided to an employee for the purpose of appearing at a grievance proceeding when he or she is the principal in such grievance proceeding, provided that the notice requirements set forth in Section 5.3 (Notification) are met.

  • Employee Removal At District’s request, Contractor shall immediately remove any Contractor employee from all District properties in cases where the District in its sole discretion determines that removal of that employee is in the District’s best interests.
