Employee Records. Any and all employee books and records to the extent that such transfer of books and records would be in violation of any laws.
Employee Records. 31.01 (i) Each employee shall be entitled to receive a record of their sick leave standing and any personal appraisal or disciplinary action that is added to their file.
Employee Records. 16.1. All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files and records during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.
16.1.1. An employee shall be provided with a copy of letters of complaint by a third party and letters of commendation at the same time such letters are placed in the personnel file.
16.1.2. If requested, upon termination an employee will be advised of any recommendation for rehire which has been made a part of that employee's record.
16.2. Every employee shall be informed as to the existence and location of all personnel files. A personnel file shall be defined as any file kept by a supervisor or custodian of official records that relate directly in any way to an employee's status as an employee.
16.3. An employee who is not selected after applying for a posted position shall be informed in writing of his/her non-selection and, if requested, the reason therefore within a reasonable period of time.
16.4. All records pertaining to time worked, overtime, compensatory, sick leave and annual leave shall be maintained and be available for inspection at a designated area.
16.5. An employee who is the subject of an internal investigation, pursuant to division policy, shall be informed in writing when the investigation is complete and of the determination of the investigation. Internal investigations must be complete within ninety (90) days from the date the internal investigation began. The employer may request extensions every thirty (30) days from the Commissioner based on a showing of just cause as to why the investigation has not been completed. The Commissioner may grant or deny such extensions.
16.6. All employees shall be notified in writing of any changes in his/her job specifications and duties upon receipt of said changes from the Division of Personnel, and/or from directives from the Director or his/her designated representative.
Employee Records a. All faculty members shall have access to any files pertaining to them and held by any individual or office in the College, with the exception of letters of reference and interview reports in the application file.
b. No information will be placed in employee files unless a copy has been furnished to the individuals concerned.
c. No employee file shall contain any information pertinent to a formal complaint that has been resolved in favour of the faculty member.
d. Except for routine administrative access by Human Resources and by appropriate administrators, files will not be open to any other individual except with the written permission of the faculty member concerned.
e. Disciplinary documents that have been placed on a faculty member’s employee file shall be removed and destroyed after 24 months provided there has not been a similar infraction. The faculty member and the Association will be notified in writing that the document has been removed.

Employee Records. The School shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining personnel records for its employees in compliance with all applicable District policies/regulations, and applicable federal and state laws, concerning the maintenance, retention and disclosure of employee records, including but not limited to the requirements of the Colorado Open Records Act, §§ ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ et seq.
Employee Records. At the time of initial employment, each employee shall file with the district prior to the first day of employment a complete application form. All applicants must submit a police record check, fingerprint record check and DFS record check with their application prior to employment. The superintendent or designee shall establish procedures and forms for all applicants to secure the proper information so that they will be in compliance with this policy. For the benefit and use of the district and the employees, each employee is required to maintain a complete up-to-date personnel file in the Human Resources office. The personnel file shall consist of the following:
Employee Records. Shall apply to Part Time Employees, save that the time limited shall be interpreted as a per hour equivalent to the eighteen (18) consecutive months outlined in this Article (two thousand, seven hundred and thirty (2,730) hours worked).

Employee Records. All records pertaining to a teacher shall be kept in the employee’s file in the Human Resources Office or in the office of the immediate supervisor. Each employee shall have the opportunity to review and initial all performance-related materials before placement in said files. The files maintained in Human Resources shall contain a record indicating who has reviewed the file, the date reviewed, and the reason for such review. Any material not in these files shall not be used in any way against the employee. After making an appointment for that purpose, employees shall have the right, in the presence of a member of the Human Resources Department or the immediate supervisor, to review the contents of their own personnel file with the exception of college placement papers and employment recommendations. A representative of the Association may, at an employee’s request, accompany the employee during this review.
