ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY. 2.1.1 As part of a process of improvement in productivity and efficiency, discussion should take place at each enterprise to provide more flexible working arrangements, improvement in the quality of working life, enhancement of skills, training and job satisfaction and to encourage consultative mechanisms across the workplace.
ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY a) All employees will carry out lawful directions and duties that are within their skill, competency and training provided the employee is capable of performing the work in a safe manner.
ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY. 6.1. A consultative mechanism and procedures appropriate to the size, structure and needs of the enterprise or workplace shall be established.
ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY. Where an employer or employees wish to pursue an agreement at the enterprise or workplace about how part b of this agreement should be varied so as to make the enterprise or workplace operate more efficiently according to its particular needs the following process must apply:

ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY. SUMMARY These clauses provide for how the award may be varied in order to meet the particular needs of an enterprise.
ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that this Agreement can be varied by consent of both parties at any time during the currency of the Agreement provided that such variation is approved and registered with Fair Work Australia.
