Employment of Consultant. CONSULTANT will perform as an independent contractor all services under this Contract to the prevailing professional standards consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of its profession, both public and private, currently practicing in the same locality under similar conditions, including reasonable, informed judgments and prompt, timely action. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional or national professional standards.
Employment of Consultant. The CITY hereby engages the CONSULTANT and the CONSULTANT hereby agrees to perform the professional services hereinafter set forth.

CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional services in connection with the Project as set forth below, and CITY agrees to pay, and CONSULTANT agrees to accept, xxxx as set forth in this Contract as full and final compensation for all services performed under this Contract. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional and national professional standards. CONSULTANT shall provide professional services for the preparation of “Emergency Action Plan” documents for the pond dams located within the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Nature Preserve and Xxxx Xxxx Park, being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”
Employment of Consultant. For and in consideration of the covenants herein contained, CONSULTANT hereby covenants and agrees as an independent contractor, to perform the services herein described with diligence and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill normally exercised for such professional planning, platting, engineering, surveying, and landscape architectural services in the State of Texas. CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional planning, surveying, cost estimating, and landscape architectural services in connection with the Project as set forth below, and CITY agrees to pay, and CONSULTANT agrees to accept, fees as set forth in this Contract as full and final compensation for all services performed under this Contract. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional and national professional standards. CONSULTANT shall provide professional planning, platting, engineering, surveying, and landscape architectural services to design and prepare plans and specifications for the Rush Creek Mitigation Area, being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”
Employment of Consultant. A. The City retains the Consultant to provide the services described in “Exhibit A” (the “Work”). Any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Scope of Work shall be resolved in favor of this Agreement. The Consultant shall perform the Work according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Employment of Consultant. A. Consultant shall perform on-call Transportation, Traffic, Engineering, and related Services as set forth in this Agreement and a Supplemental Agreement (hereafter "Supplemental Agreement"). The Supplemental Agreement is made a part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein. City shall pay Consultant for the performance of Services in the manner set forth herein and in the Supplemental Agreement.
Employment of Consultant. The WFRC hereby agrees to engage CONSULTANT, and CONSULTANT hereby agrees to perform the services identified in Attachment A based on the budget in Attachment C.
Employment of Consultant. TAMC hereby engages Consultant and Consultant hereby agrees to perform the services set forth in Exhibit A: Scope of Work and Schedule, in conformity with the terms of this Agreement. Consultant will complete all work in accordance with the work schedule set forth in Exhibit A: Scope of Work and Schedule.
Employment of Consultant. The (City/Parish) hereby agrees to engage the CONSULTANT, and the CONSULTANT hereby agrees to perform the Scope of Services set forth herein under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
