Effectiveness of Notice. The Company may send any notice, demand, claim, election, opinion, request or communication hereunder to the intended recipient at the address set forth above using any other means (including personal delivery, expedited courier, messenger service, telecopy, telex, ordinary mail or electronic mail), but no such notice, demand, claim, election, opinion, request or other communication shall be deemed to have been duly given or made unless and until it actually is received by the intended recipient. Effectiveness of Notice. All notices, demands, requests, consents and other communications described in clause (a) above shall be effective (i) if delivered by hand, including any overnight courier service, upon personal delivery, (ii) if delivered by mail, when deposited in the mails, (iii) if delivered by posting to a Platform, an Internet website or a similar telecommunication device requiring that a user have prior access to such Platform, website or other device (to the extent permitted by Section 9.10 to be delivered thereunder), when such notice, demand, request, consent and other communication shall have been made generally available on such Platform, Internet website or similar device to the class of Person being notified (regardless of whether any such Person must accomplish, and whether or not any such Person shall have accomplished, any action prior to obtaining access to such items, including registration, disclosure of contact information, compliance with a standard user agreement or undertaking a duty of confidentiality) and such Person has been notified that such communication has been posted to such Platform and (iv) if delivered by electronic mail or any other telecommunications device, when transmitted to an electronic mail address (or by another means of electronic delivery) as provided in clause (a) above; provided that notices and communications to any Agent shall not be effective until received by such Agent and all notices from or to a Credit Party shall be sent through the applicable Agent.
