Mailing. Mailings of DHCS PHI or PI shall be sealed and secured from damage or inappropriate viewing of PHI or PI to the extent possible. Mailings which include 500 or more individually identifiable records of DHCS PHI or PI in a single package shall be sent using a tracked mailing method which includes verification of delivery and receipt, unless the prior written permission of DHCS to use another method is obtained.
Mailing. Mailings containing PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY shall be sealed and secured from damage or inappropriate viewing of PHI to the extent possible. PFPC will address and mail to Shareholders of the Fund, all reports to Shareholders, dividend and distribution notices and proxy material for the Fund's meetings of Shareholders, and such other communications as the Fund may authorize.
