Applicable Agent Sample Clauses

The 'Applicable Agent' clause defines which agent or representative is authorized to act on behalf of a party within the context of the agreement. It typically specifies the individual or entity empowered to receive notices, make decisions, or perform certain actions as required by the contract. For example, in a real estate transaction, the applicable agent might be the broker responsible for communications and document handling. This clause ensures clarity regarding who has the authority to act, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes over representation.
