They shall render the services to the satisfaction of the officer acting on behalf of Exim Bank together with ancillary and incidental duties, service and operations as may be indicated by the said officer(s) and are not inconsistent with the terms & conditions of the contract. The contractor shall always be bound to act with responsible delegacy and in a businesslike manner and to use such skill as expected of men of ordinary prudence in the conduct of their activities.

Toll, Permit, Parking, Halting charges shall be in the scope of contractor. 10. If the vehicle is detained at the loading point or unloading point due to circumstances beyond NPCIL control, no detention charges will be paid. Similarly, if the vehicles reach the destination on one of the holidays or after office hours of the consignee, then also no detention charges will be paid. 11. The Contractor shal l be responsible for all losses including non – delivery, theft, pilferage, damage due to any cause whatsoever from the time he receives the consignment and during the period it is held by him till the consignment is safely delivered on ground to the consi gnee. 12. NPCIL will not responsible for payment of any compensation to the contractor for any injuries his servants/agents may suffer during the performance of the contract or damage to the vehicles, under any circumstances whatsoever.
