Way Bill definition

Way Bill. : means a document (delivery note) confirming the handover-takeover of the Goods; Supplier has to send it together with the Goods or hand it over together with the Goods in a number of copies and with a content specified by the Customer.
Way Bill means a document issued by the loading agent or the freight office, indicating the nature and weight of the cargo, the loading and off-loading points as well as the date of commencement of transportation.
Way Bill means, a non-negotiable document which accompanies the shipment from origin to destination and is also treated as an agreement for carriage of the shipment.

  • Q33 OVERSEAS DROP SHIP REQUIREMENTS Each Drop Shipment overseas must include the Packing Slip, Invoice and Copy of actual Air Way Bill (AWB).

  • Depending upon the project/ customer demands, despatch documents may include one or more documents from the following: Invoice (01 original and 01 copy with original sign & seal), Lorry Receipt (L/R), Packing List, Air Way Bill (AWB)/Bill Of Lading (BOL), Copy of High Sea Sales (HSS) agreement, Country of origin certificate, NIL Short Shipment Certificate, Original Performance Bank Guarantee (directly from issuing bank to BHEL), insurance intimation letter, POD (Proof of Delivery) on L/R.

  • Arbitration of Arbitrable Claims shall be in --------- accordance with the then-existing and applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), as augmented in this Agreement.

  • Transit insurance of the consignment under transportation by the Transporter will be responsibility of BHEL/Consignee as the case may be and Transport Carrier shall ensure the insurance coverage and mark in the Lorry Way Bill.
