DURATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement shall become effective August 13, 2020, and shall continue in effect until August 13, 2024.
DURATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become effective on August 1, 20182023, and shall continue in full force and effect for a five-year period until July 31, 20232028. The substantive agreement shall expire on the date indicated. This Agreement is signed this day of , 20192023.
DURATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. A. The Association and the Board agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. The Association agrees to support and encourage the continuation of the educational process of the school district. It shall not support any individual or concerted illegal action such as a strike, slow down, or refusal to render full and contractual services in the school district.
DURATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. The language, salary schedules and extra-curricular differentials under this contract will be in effect from August 1, 2020 through the day before the first day of the 2023-2024 school year. In addition to the salary paid according to the above salary schedule, the Board shall pay the 9.4% employee portion of TRS pension for all teachers to the teachers’ retirement system (actually reflects +10.3753% of salary schedule amount). The Board will also pay .5% of the teachers’ portion contribution to the teachers’ retirement system for the purpose of the teachers’ health insurance security fund (THIS). A $1,200.00 longevity payment for all BA/BS columns and a $1,200.00 longevity payment for all MA/MS columns for each year of the contract those not moving vertically on the salary schedule and for newly-hired teachers whose placement on the salary schedule falls beyond the top year of experience. DURATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. 3.00 The School District does hereby employ Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx, in the capacity of District Business Administrator of the Central Columbia School District for a term of three (3) years commencing on July 1, 2021 and ending on June 30, 2024 (“Term”). This Agreement shall terminate immediately upon the expiration of the aforesaid Term unless the Agreement is sooner modified or terminated in accordance with this Agreement or renewed automatically in accordance with Section 1073(b) of the Public School Code or this Agreement.
DURATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. A. This agreement shall be in full force and effect for the school years 2016 - 2017, 2017 - 2018, 2018 - 2019, 2019 – 2020 and shall continue in force and effect until August 15, 2020 unless extended by mutual agreement. Reopening of this Agreement on any section shall occur in accordance with Article II-Section F.
DURATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2019, by and between the Board of Education of Illini Bluffs District #327 and the Illini Bluffs Education Support Staff Local #4554. This Agreement shall remain in effect for three (3) years, extending from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022.
DURATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement and the rights, privileges, and authority hereby granted shall take effect and be in force from the effective date of this Agreement and shall continue in force throughout its term provided that within sixty (60) days after the date of adoption of this Agreement by the City Council the Grantee shall provide evidence of satisfactory compliance with the security fund/performance bond and insurance requirements hereof, notwithstanding any contrary provision of the Cable Ordinance. Failure of the Grantee to do so within said time period shall operate to make this Agreement null and void without further action by the City.
DURATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. The School District does hereby employ Simonetta in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer (said position hereinafter referred to as the “Chief Operating Officer”), and Simonetta hereby accepts such employment with the School District, subject to the authority and supervision of the Board and of the duly authorized Superintendent of the School District. It is further agreed that such employment shall be subject to the following terms and conditions. The provisions of Section 1089 of the School Code (“Act 43) are fully incorporated herein to the extent that those terms are not inconsistent with the language of this Agreement.
DURATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. 1. This agreement shall become effective August 15, 2016.
