Insurance Requirements definition

Insurance Requirements means all terms of any insurance policy required by this Agreement and all requirements of the issuer of any such policy and all orders, rules and regulations and any other requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or any other body exercising similar functions) binding upon Landlord, Tenant or the Leased Property.
Insurance Requirements means, collectively, all provisions of the Insurance Policies, all requirements of the issuer of any of the Insurance Policies and all orders, rules, regulations and any other requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or any other body exercising similar functions) binding upon each Loan Party which is an owner of Mortgaged Property and applicable to the Mortgaged Property or any use or condition thereof.

More Definitions of Insurance Requirements

Insurance Requirements means all terms of any insurance policy required by this Lease and all requirements of the issuer of any such policy.
Insurance Requirements means the requirements of all insurance policies required to be maintained in accordance with this Lease.
