DISTURBANCES. Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the agreed upon number people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. HOLD HARMLESS iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. BALCONY / TERRACE Tenant hereby acknowledges that the unit they have reserved may include a balcony and/or terrace, which can be dangerous areas. That these areas can become slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the balcony areas. DECK / POOL / BEACH Tenant hereby acknowledges that the property they have reserved includes a deck, pool and beach, which can be dangerous areas. The deck can become slippery when wet, and injury and drowning may occur to anyone who is not careful around the pool, beach and deck. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the deck & pool. MAINTENANCE Please report any maintenance needs to the front desk. All maintenance needs will be addressed immediately by our maintenance crew available 24/7. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, pest control, appliances, televisions, and stereos.

DISTURBANCES. Tenant agrees to maintain a reasonable level of noise at all times of the day and night, so as not to disturb or disrupt neighboring apartments or houses. Tenant shall fully cooperate with all other Tenants in the building in an effort to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times. Tenant agrees not to create and/or maintain a nuisance or other disturbance that infringes upon the comfortable living conditions or privacy of other residents. Tenant understands and agrees that fines and legal notices may be issued for any incidents occurring in the common areas and/or grounds. Tenant further agrees not to engage in any retaliatory behavior against any neighbor who makes any complaint about the Tenant. Tenant further agrees that behavior on the part of the Tenant that violates any term of the House Rules or any Lease document is grounds for the fees as stated in the Non-Standard Rental Provisions (NSRP) and/or termination of the Lease by Landlord.
DISTURBANCES. While the resident complies with all the provisions of this agreement, the resident is entitled to the quiet use and enjoyment of the premises contracted to the resident. No activities will be permitted upon the premises by the resident that are contrary to any local, state, or federal laws or university policies or regulations, regardless of student status. The resident agrees to use and occupy the premises in a manner consistent with the rights of all residents and the university, and will not permit prolonged or excessive noise disturbance which interferes with the rights, comforts, or convenience of other residents.
DISTURBANCES. The LESSEE agrees that the use of said leased premises will be in such a manner as not to create any nuisance nor to interfere with, annoy or disturb any persons living nearby. Disturbances reported to the police may result in forfeiture of your full deposit. InitialSUBLETTING LESSEE shall not assign, sublet or pledge this Lease or any part thereof, nor make any alterations in the premises without LESSOR’S written consent.
DISTURBANCES. Lessee shall not obstruct, disturb, or interfere with the rights of other Lessees or occupants or in any way injure or annoy them. Lessee shall not make any noises by any means which, in the reasonable judgment of Lessor, are likely to disturb other Lessees or occupants of the building.
DISTURBANCES. Student’ will not conduct or permit loud activities or in any manner create disturbances which cause annoyance or discomfort to other residents. ‘Student’ will not permit ‘Premises’ to be used for illegal purposes.
DISTURBANCES. The following actions by anyone occupying the rental unit will be considered a violation of this rental agreement: (A) Using the premises for any illegal activity including, but not limited to, the possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age. (B) Causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties. (C) Objectionable behavior and/or drinking excessive amounts of alcohol. (D) Any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their property, including loud music. 4.) NO PETS OR SMOKING will be allowed inside the camper. If evidence of pets or evidence of smoking inside the camper is found, LESSOR reserves the right to charge up to $250.00 to treat the property for fleas and/or allergens. In addition, any damage caused by pets or smoking materials will be deducted from LESSEE’S damage deposit and/or charged to the credit card on file.
DISTURBANCES. Loud noise and unruly parties are strictly forbidden.
