DISTURBANCES. As specified in this Lease Agreement, use and occupancy of the property by Tenant(s) shall be consistent with the rights, privileges, and welfare of all other tenants. Therefore, Tenant(s) shall not use, permit, or suffer the use of any apparatus or instruments for musical or other sound reproduction or transmission (stereos, televisions, internet, etc.) in such a manner that the sounds emanating there-from or caused thereby are audible beyond the interior of the apartment; and Tenant(s) shall not permit any noisy, offensive, or dangerous conduct by Tenant(s), Tenant(s)’ family, or guests.
