Common use of DISTURBANCES Clause in Contracts

DISTURBANCES. While the resident complies with all the provisions of this agreement, the resident is entitled to the quiet use and enjoyment of the premises contracted to the resident. No activities will be permitted upon the premises by the resident that are contrary to any local, state, or federal laws or university policies or regulations, regardless of student status. The resident agrees to use and occupy the premises in a manner consistent with the rights of all residents and the university, and will not permit prolonged or excessive noise disturbance which interferes with the rights, comforts, or convenience of other residents.
