Except where otherwise noted in the definition of “Lease Documents”, the Servicer may originate and/or maintain each Lease Document as an image, fiche or electronic record rather than in original form.
If any provision of this Lease or any of the other Lease Documents or any application thereof shall be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Lease or the other applicable Lease Document, as the case may be, and any other application of such term or provision shall not be affected thereby.
No waiver or amendment of, or any consent with respect to, any provision of any Lease Document shall bind either party unless set forth in a writing, specifying such waiver, consent, or amendment, signed by both parties.
Should any provision of any Lease Document be or become invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the other provisions of such Lease Document shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
Each Lease Document may be executed in counterparts, and when so executed each counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, and such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
