More Definitions of Full Deposit

Full Deposit means the Initial Deposit, the Second Deposit and the Additional Deposit. The "EXISTING FIRST DEED OF TRUST" means the Deed of Trust recorded December 22, 2000 as document number 2000-162764 in San Mateo County official records for the benefit of Wells Fargo Bank, a National Association, and securing payment of a promissory note in the original principal amount of $18,000,000, or any replacement deed of trust. If upon the deposit by Buyer of the Additional Deposit, the funds on deposit with Escrow Holder are insufficient to satisfy the Existing First Deed of Trust, Seller shall deposit with Escrow Holder any required funds, including without limitation any portion of the Full Deposit previously released to Seller pursuant to the Agreement, as amended hereby, necessary to satisfy the Existing First Deed of Trust. If there is no Existing First Deed of Trust, the Full Deposit shall be released to Seller upon recordation of the Deposit Deed of Trust.
