Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. Grantee must submit, implement, and maintain a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan specific to the transition and on-going uninterrupted service delivery and operations within fifty (50) calendar days after contract effective date; and annually thereafter within thirty (30) calendar days prior to the end of each operational year. On-going plan updates and changes shall be submitted to HHSC for approval at least thirty (30) business days before a change becomes effective. Supplier will provide a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan at all times during the term of this Agreement for their offshore operations associated with each Project and or Application that is assigned to them by AT&T as set forth in Appendix J, “Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan”.
