Subrecipient shall include the nondiscrimination and compliance provisions of this Paragraph 47 “A” in all sub-contracts to perform work under this Contract.

  • Delaware Law The laws of the State of Delaware shall govern the validity of this Agreement, the construction of its terms and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the Partners.

  • Waiver of Statutes Lessor and Lessee agree that the terms of this Lease shall govern the effect of any damage to or destruction of the Premises and the Building with respect to the termination of this Lease and hereby waive the provisions of any present or future statute to the extent it is inconsistent herewith.
