Project Managers APS and Sierra-Cedar Project Managers are responsible for managing the Project Budget, the Project Schedule, and their respective personnel, identifying and mitigating risks, for resolving issues, and for achieving overall project success. They are also responsible for validating that the structure of the project and design of the system reflect an integrated business process orientation. Organizational Readiness/ Training Leads APS and Sierra-Cedar Organizational Readiness Leads will focus on change management, communication, and training needs throughout the project.
