Designated Project Managers. A. Contemporaneously with the execution of each Service Order, Engineer and PCCA will each designate a specific individual to act on its behalf as Project Manager with respect to the Services to be performed or furnished by Engineer and the responsibilities of PCCA under such Service Order. The Project Managers for each Project will have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and render decisions relative to the Project on behalf of the Party appointing the Project Manager. Either Party may change that Party’s designated Project Manager by giving the other Party written notice of the change as provided in Article 9.

The EPA, DOE, and the TDEC will each designate Project Managers to coordinate the implementation of this Agreement and shall notify each other in writing of the designation. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.
