Common use of Designated Project Managers Clause in Contracts

Designated Project Managers. A. Contemporaneously with the execution of each Service Order, Engineer and PCCA will each designate a specific individual to act on its behalf as Project Manager with respect to the Services to be performed or furnished by Engineer and the responsibilities of PCCA under such Service Order. The Project Managers for each Project will have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and render decisions relative to the Project on behalf of the Party appointing the Project Manager. Either Party may change that Party’s designated Project Manager by giving the other Party written notice of the change as provided in Article 9.

The Project Managers for each Project Task Order will have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and render decisions relative to the Project Task Order on behalf of the Party appointing the Project Manager. Either Party may change that Party’s designated Project Manager by giving the other Party written notice of the change as provided in Article 911.
