Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel. State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

  • Directory Assistance Service Updates 8.3.3.1 BellSouth shall update end user listings changes daily. These changes include:

  • Supplier Personnel 12.1 Supplier’s personnel are not eligible to participate in any of the employee benefit or similar programs of the Funds or CMA. Supplier shall inform all of its personnel providing Services pursuant to this Agreement that they are not intended to be considered employees of the Funds or CMA for any purpose.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by PNG for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by PNG, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit PNG to route the PNG Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by PNG. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by PNG and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at PNG's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, PNG will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. PNG shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to PNG’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Contractor Personnel In addition to the rights set forth in paragraph 7, County’s project manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of any of Contractor’s personnel from providing services to County under this Contract. County’s project manager shall notify Contractor’s project manager in writing of such action. Contractor shall accomplish the removal of the specified personnel within one (1) calendar day after written notice by County’s project manager. County is not required to provide any reason, rationale or factual information in the event it elects to request the removal of any of Contractor’s personnel from providing services to County under this Contract.

  • Information Services Traffic The following provisions shall apply only to Covad-originated Information Services Traffic directed to an information services platform connected to BA's network. At such time as Covad connects Information Services platforms to its network, the Parties shall agree upon a comparable arrangement for BA-

  • Directory Assistance Service 8.3.1 Directory Assistance Service provides local end user telephone number listings with the option to complete the call at the caller's direction separate and distinct from local switching.

  • Training State Street agrees to provide training, at a designated State Street training facility or at the Designated Locations, to the Fund’s personnel in connection with the use of the System on the Designated Configuration. The Fund agrees that it will set aside, during regular business hours or at other times agreed upon by both parties, sufficient time to enable all operators of the System and the Data Access Services, designated by the Fund, to receive the training offered by State Street pursuant to this Addendum.

  • Training Services Fiserv shall provide training, training aids, user manuals, and other documentation for Client's use as Fiserv finds necessary to enable Client personnel to become familiar with Fiserv Services. If requested by Client, classroom training in the use and operation of Fiserv Services will be provided at a training facility designated by Fiserv. All such training aids and manuals remain Fiserv's property.

  • Hosting Services GSI shall load the Web site onto server(s) that are connected to the Internet and readily accessible via the Web through use of the Domain Names. GSI shall ensure that the Web site is functional and ready to process transactions in a reasonably efficient manner.
