Combination of Components - In conjunction with the prohibition against separation of components of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, noted above, You may not create or add components to be used in combination with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, if any purpose of such combination is to package, repackage, sell, resell, rent, sub-rent, lease or sublease any portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any third party to this ISLA. END-USER COMPLIANCE - You agree to use all reasonable efforts to ensure that persons employed by You or under Your direction and control abide by the terms and conditions of this ISLA. In the event that You become aware that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is being used by such persons in a manner not authorized by this ISLA, You shall immediately notify Investintech in writing of such facts and You shall immediately use all reasonable efforts to have such unauthorized use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT immediately cease, and to recover any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT that were made in violation of this ISLA. Third Party Software - The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and its component parts are protected by Copyright and other proprietary rights of Investintech and one or more third party software vendors. You may be held directly responsible by such vendors for acts relating to the SOFTWARE PRODU...
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 2.1 Mandatory Activation. THERE ARE TECHNOLOGICAL MEASURES IN THIS SOFTWARE THAT ARE DESIGNED TO PREVENT UNLICENSED USE OF THE SOFTWARE. You may not be able to exercise your rights to the Software under this XXXX after a finite number of product launches unless you activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence. You may also need to reactivate the Software if you modify your computer hardware or alter the Software. Jet Reports will use those measures to confirm you have a legally licensed copy of the Software. If you are not using a licensed copy of the Software, you are not allowed to install the Software or future Software updates. Jet Reports will not collect any personally identifiable information from your device during this process.
