No Reverse Engineering Sample Clauses

No Reverse Engineering. Licensee may utilize and study the design, performance and operation of Xbox solely for the purposes of developing the Software Title. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer or aid or assist in the reverse engineering of all or any part of Xbox except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. Reverse engineering includes, without limitation, decompiling, disassembly, sniffing, peeling semiconductor components, or otherwise deriving source code. In addition to any other rights and remedies that Microsoft may have under the circumstances, Licensee shall be required in all cases to pay royalties to Microsoft in accordance with Section 6 below with respect to any games or other products that are developed, marketed or distributed by Licensee, and derived in whole or in part from the reverse engineering of Xbox or any Microsoft data, code or other material.
No Reverse Engineering. Licensee agrees not to modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software, or any portion thereof.
No Reverse Engineering. The Licensed Technology includes trade secrets of Vendor or its Affiliates. In order to protect the Licensed Technology, Owner shall not decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt, extract or disassemble the Licensed Technology or otherwise reduce or attempt to reduce any software or firmware in the Licensed Technology to source code form. Owner shall ensure, both during and (if Owner still has possession of the Licensed Technology) after the performance of this Agreement, that (i) persons who are not bound by a confidentiality agreement consistent with this Agreement shall not have access to the Licensed Technology and (ii) persons who are so bound are put on written notice that the Licensed Technology contains trade secrets, owned by and proprietary to Owner or its Affiliates.
No Reverse Engineering. Each of the parties agrees that the software programs of the other party contain valuable confidential information and each party agrees it will not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create other works from, or disassemble any software programs contained in the Confidential Information of the other party without the prior written consent of the other party.
No Reverse Engineering. Broker shall not, directly or indirectly, modify the features or functionality of, copy or create derivative works using all or any portion of, analyze or remove semiconductor components from, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer or attempt to reverse engineer or derive source code, techniques, algorithms or processes from the Systems or Software or permit or encourage any third-party to do so.
No Reverse Engineering. DISTRIBUTOR shall not, and shall not help others, reverse engineer any Product or any portion of any Product. DISTRIBUTOR shall promptly notify GUPTA if DISTRIBUTOR becomes aware of any attempt to reverse engineer any Product or any portion of any Product.
No Reverse Engineering. Customer will not, nor allow any third party to, alter, modify or adapt the Software or Add-ons, including but not limited to translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works, and may not take any other steps intended to produce a source code statement of the Software, Add-ons, or any part thereof without Tryon’s express written consent, which can be withheld for any reason.
No Reverse Engineering. In order to protect the trade secrets and other proprietary information of Virage Logic, Licensee warrants that, except as expressly permitted under applicable law, it will not reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code form of the Licensed Materials.
No Reverse Engineering. LGIT shall not (a) reverse engineer or reconfigure the ParkerVision RF Components or any of its elements other than as reasonably required for the development of the LGIT RF Products for the purposes of this Agreement, (b) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt (i) to defeat, avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate or otherwise circumvent any software protection mechanisms in the ParkerVision Software including without limitation any such mechanism used to restrict or control the functionality of the ParkerVision Software, or (ii) to derive the source code or the underlying ideas, algorithms, structure or organization from the ParkerVision Software or ParkerVision RF Components; (c) alter, adapt, modify or translate the ParkerVision Software in any way for any purpose, including without limitation error correction; or (d) distribute, rent, loan, lease, transfer or grant any rights in the ParkerVision Software or modifications thereof in any form to any person or entity.
No Reverse Engineering. You may not and you agree not to, or to enable others to, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the Software or any services provided by the Software, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or by licensing terms governing use of Open-­‐Sourced Components that may be included with the Software).
