No Reverse Engineering. You may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy (except as expressly permitted by this License or by the Usage Rules if they are applicable to you), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the Apple Software or any services provided by the Apple Software, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of open-sourced components included with the Apple Software).
No Reverse Engineering. In addition, You may not, under any circumstances, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, hack, port, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code to the Software Product.
No Reverse Engineering. Each of the parties agrees that the software programs of the other party contain valuable confidential information and each party agrees it will not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create other works from, or disassemble any software programs contained in the Confidential Information of the other party without the prior written consent of the other party.
No Reverse Engineering. The Receiving Party may not reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any prototypes, software, or other tangible objects that embody the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information and that are provided to the Receiving Party under this agreement.

Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer or aid or assist in the reverse engineering of all or any part of Xbox Live or any associated hardware and software except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. In the event applicable law grants Licensee the right to reverse engineer the Xbox notwithstanding this limitation, Licensee shall provide Microsoft with written notice prior to such reverse engineering activity, information sufficient regarding Licensee's intended method of reverse engineering, its purpose and the legal authority for such activity and shall afford Microsoft a reasonable period of time before initiating such activity in order to evaluate the activity and/or challenge the reverse engineering activity with the appropriate legal authorities. Licensee shall refrain from such reverse engineering activity until such time as any legal challenge is resolved in Licensee's favor. Reverse engineering includes, without limitation, decompiling, disassembly, sniffing, peeling semiconductor components, or otherwise deriving source code.
No Reverse Engineering. The Licensed Technology includes trade secrets of Vendor or its Affiliates. In order to protect the Licensed Technology, Owner shall not decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt, extract or disassemble the Licensed Technology or otherwise reduce or attempt to reduce any software or firmware in the Licensed Technology to source code form. Owner shall ensure, both during and (if Owner still has possession of the Licensed Technology) after the performance of this Agreement, that (i) persons who are not bound by a confidentiality agreement consistent with this Agreement shall not have access to the Licensed Technology and (ii) persons who are so bound are put on written notice that the Licensed Technology contains trade secrets, owned by and proprietary to Owner or its Affiliates.
No Reverse Engineering. Licensee agrees not to modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software, or any portion thereof.
No Reverse Engineering. Receiving Party shall not reverse engineer any material embodying Confidential Information.
No Reverse Engineering. Licensee may utilize and study the design, performance and operation of Xbox solely for the purposes of developing the Software Title. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer or aid or assist in the reverse engineering of all or any part of Xbox except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. Reverse engineering includes, without limitation, decompiling, disassembly, sniffing, peeling semiconductor components, or otherwise deriving source code. In addition to any other rights and remedies that Microsoft may have under the circumstances, Licensee shall be required in all cases to pay royalties to Microsoft in accordance with Section 6 below with respect to any games or other products that are developed, marketed or distributed by Licensee, and derived in whole or in part from the reverse engineering of Xbox or any Microsoft data, code or other material.
No Reverse Engineering. You will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software except to the extent you may be expressly permitted under applicable law to decompile only in order to achieve interoperability with the Software.
