Counselling. The supervisor will hold a meeting with the Employee for the purpose of discussing job performance deficiencies or unacceptable conduct. A counselling session shall be conducted prior to a verbal warning and will include specific suggestions on performance or conduct improvement. Additional meetings may be held if the supervisor or Employee feel such will ensure mutual understanding and desired correction. The supervisor will make a note in the Employee’s file about what was discussed in the counselling session.
Counselling. (a) Counselling is an informal process whereby employees are advised of unsatisfactory work performance. Counselling is an integral part of the management of employees, and should be a two way communication process. The object of a counselling process is to advise the employee of what standards of work performance, or behaviour are required; to show where the employee is not meeting the required standard; and to ascertain whether there are any requirements for additional training or other resources in order that the employee can meet the required standards.

Counselling. The Insurer will provide a contribution for Counselling subject to the Policy limitation, conditions and exclusions and subject to the Policyholder complying with the terms of the Policy. The insurer will provide a contribution to the Policyholder, their employees the Driver of the vehicle, husband/wife of the above following an insured event for the cost of treatment for counselling (psychological consultation). The period for which treatment is paid is limited to 12 months after the date of the insured event, the number of counselling sessions is limited to 10 and the maximum payment in respect of all insured parties is limited to SEK 2,000 per counselling session. The consular/phycologist must have the necessary qualifications to perform such counselling and must be approved by the insurer prior to treatment commencing. The insurance does not cover the cost of treatment: • which occurred in connection with the Insured having carried out or contributed to a deliberate act which is punishable in accordance with Swedish Law; • which occurred when, without reasonable grounds, the Insured made himself vulnerable to the risk of being injured; • for the Driver or passengers if the vehicle is stolen;
Counselling. An employee who is interested in undertaking part‐time studies should discuss the course of study and the relationships to their work situation with the Manager. The Manager, along with the employee and working in conjunction with the Human Resource Officer, would consider such issues as: a. the relationship of the proposed study to the Business Plan b. the demands of the study program, at a personal and work related level c. any pre‐requisites for entry into the study program.
