Individual Counseling. Available provision of counseling techniques by a licensed clinician, a professional counsel or an intern whose work is directly supervised by a licensed clinician in a group setting.

Individual Counseling. CONTRACTOR shall provide individual counseling to 29 Participants. Counseling shall be culturally appropriate to Participants’ needs.

Individual counseling 36 sessions shall be fifty (50) minutes sessions or twenty-five (25)-minute sessions or a combination of 37 each, for a minimum of one individual counseling session per thirty (30) day period; however, more 1 often is encouraged as allowable by funding source.

Individual Counseling. The University will schedule individual retirement counseling with OPERS representatives on campus, at the employer’s expense for all eligible bargaining unit members. Time spent in this activity will be considered time worked, and shall be compensated according to the wage article of this Agreement. Employees will not be eligible for overtime as a result of participating in this activity. The Employer may make any reasonable or necessary shift adjustments to accommodate the bargaining unit members’ voluntary attendance to the specified retirement activities.
