Program Managers. See Section 14.1.
Program Managers. Sunlight and Bank shall each designate a respective principal contact (each, a “Program Manager”) to facilitate day-to-day operations and resolve issues that may arise in the implementation of the Program. If the Program Managers are unable to reach agreement, then the dispute will be referred to the President of Bank and the Chief Executive Officer or another authorized officer of Sunlight who will work together in good faith towards a resolution. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, a party may resolve the dispute in accordance with Section 10.3.
Program Managers. Each party will identify a Program Manager who will be the primary point of contact for each party. The Program Managers as of the Effective Date are:
Program Managers. The Program Managers will represent their respective Parties on all business and management issues. They will confer as needed to ensure that schedule delays and administrative issues are resolved; that inventions are being identified and reported; that intellectual property and confidentiality issues are properly addressed ; and that other activities are proceeding in accordance with this the Agreement. The Program Managers will ensure that all issues relating to the manufacture and delivery of parts, components and finished instruments are addressed properly.
Program Managers. Promptly following the Effective Date, GNE, Roche and Ocera shall each designate an individual to act as its primary contact for matters related to the Technology transfer under Section 2.2 (each, such Party’s “Program Manager”) and to serve in such capacity until the Notice of Completion is delivered, in accordance with Section 2.2(d). References to the Program Managers, to Licensee’s Program Manager, or the like, include both GNE’s Program Manager and Roche’s Program Manager. A Party may replace its Program Manager at any time by notifying the other Party’s Program Manager in writing (which may be by email).
Program Managers. (a) HP and Supplier will each appoint and designate in writing a global program manager to act as the primary contact person and focal point for all communications pursuant to this Agreement, (“Global Program Manager”). The Global Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all matters relating to the implementation of this Agreement unless the parties designate Local Program Managers.
Program Managers. Gogo and Delta will each provide a dedicated program manager and such other human resources, including resources onsite at certain locations at certain times, as may reasonably be required to achieve the Program plan and schedule.
Program Managers. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, each Party shall designate a qualified employee as its Program Manager hereunder (“Program Manager”) and shall notify the other Party of such designation in writing. Each Party’s Program Manager will be a liaison with overall responsibility for managing such Party’s performance under this Agreement and with respect to the coordination of efforts and the initial resolution of problems and disputes under this Agreement. The parties will endeavor to maximize efficiency by allowing their technical, product management, support, marketing and other personnel who have primary responsibility for the Party’s performance to deal directly with their counterparts in the other Party on the matter at hand without need to contact the Program Manager first.
Program Managers. (i) Navient shall appoint an individual to act as its program manager (the “Navient Program Manager”), who will have overall responsibility for implementing, coordinating, tracking and managing all activities (including billing and payment activities) under this Agreement and each Ancillary Agreement and have authority to act on behalf of Navient with respect to such matters, for a period of three years following the Effective Time. Navient hereby appoints and designates the individual set forth on Schedule 7.1(a) to act as the initial Navient Program Manager. Navient shall promptly notify SLM BankCo in writing of its removal and replacement of the Navient Program Manager.
Program Managers. The City Program Manager shall be the Director of the City’s Revenue Division, or such other person as shall be designated in writing by the Director. The County’s Program Manager shall be the County’s Chief Financial Officer, or such other person as shall be designated in writing by the Chief Financial Officer.
