Benefit Booklet definition

Benefit Booklet means this written summary of certain features of the Plan.
Benefit Booklet means any written explanation of insurance coverages or benefits issued by an insurer and which is supplemental to and not a part of an insurance policy or contract.
Benefit Booklet means the document provided by Plan Sponsor’s third party administrator that describes a Covered Individual’s benefits under the Plan. Such Benefit Booklet is attached hereto in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.

Examples of Benefit Booklet in a sentence

  • The Employer shall contract for a group life insurance plan, as set out in the current Employee Benefit Booklet.

  • In the event of any conflict between the descriptions above and the Benefit Booklet, the terms of the Benefit Booklet and insurance will govern.

  • The Company agrees to provide Employees with the group health and dental benefit program as set out in the Employee Benefit Booklet.
