EXECUTED COPY. This Lease may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original and all of which shall be one and the same agreement. The parties agree to accept a digital image (including but not limited to an image in the form of a PDF, JPEG, GIF file, or other e-signature) of this Lease, if applicable, reflecting the execution of one or both of the parties, as a true and correct original. Any fully executed copy of this Lease shall be deemed an original for all purposes.
EXECUTED COPY. Each Pledgor acknowledges having received a fully executed copy of this Agreement and, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, waives all rights to receive from the Collateral Agent a copy of any financing statement, financing change statement, or verification statement, filed or issued at any time in respect of this Agreement. Each Pledgor confirms its consent to the filing by the Collateral Agent or on its behalf of any financing statement or financing change statement filed or issued at any time in respect of this Agreement.
