(a) In the event that the Land Trust is preparing communications related to the Project or the Program for wide distribution or for a wide scale activity (e.g. national or provincial) then it must be made available in both official languages. This includes press releases, project materials (handouts, newsletters, reports, etc.), advertisements and event invitations.
