Contractor’s Fees. 4.1 Sherpa will pay to the Contractor the agreed Fees for the supply of Services as recorded in the Sherpa Platform and upon the provision of an invoice for those Fees.
Contractor’s Fees. Subject to clause 5.2, the Foundation will pay to the Contractor the Contractor’s Fees for the Services that the Contractor provides in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Contractor’s Fees. All fees and charges of Contractor and any other contractor (including profit) with respect to the Improvements.
Contractor’s Fees. Any and all Fees that the City pays to Contractor under this Agreement shall be paid solely from the funds collected by Contractor in accordance with this Agreement. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the City’s liability for payment of such Fees shall be limited by the funds Contractor collects under this Agreement. No funds are or will be appropriated or allocated for the payment of the Contractor’s Fees under this Agreement. The City’s duties to pay money to Contractor for any purpose under this Agreement are limited in their entirety by the provisions of this Section 4.
Contractor’s Fees. The total hours of work required and any costs incurred to complete the Project and the activities listed in Exhibit 1 are the responsibility of Contractor for the Contractor’s Fees. No costs will be compensated outside of those included in the Contractor’s Fees as set forth below unless by prior written approval of Manager, in Manager’s sole discretion. For Contractor’s Fees for Contractor’s Services, conditioned upon the timely and effective communication of all Deliverables in accordance with their respective Schedule, Manager shall pay Contractor the Contractor’s Fees as set forth below: In consideration for satisfactory performance of these Services as outlined in Exhibit A, Manager agrees to pay Contractor $123,000.00 in twelve (12) equal quarterly payments of $10,250.00 each between September 1st, 2019 and August 31st, 2022 based upon the completion of deliverables and satisfactory progress on the work plan. Payments will be remitted following receipt of an invoice for services along with supporting back up documentation of expenditures. Acceptable expenditures shall be in alignment with the Grant budget below. Contractor’s Fees. The Developer acknowledges and agrees that the Contractor's Fee shall be included in the Construction Contract Sum and shall incorporate all of the Contractor's profit relating to the proper performance of the Developer's obligation to complete the Work under this Agreement. Under no circumstance shall the Agent be responsible or liable to the Developer for any additional fees relating to the Work, except to the extent expressly set forth in this Agreement.
Contractor’s Fees. 2 In addition to reimbursement for actual allowable costs pursuant 3 to Subparagraph 21.2, CONTRACTOR shall be paid $159,624.25 monthly in arrears, 4 for each month or any portion thereof that this Agreement is in effect for a 5 total aggregate of $1,915,491.00. It is agreed that the fee specified in this 6 Subparagraph shall fully compensate CONTRACTOR for general and administrative 7 and/or overhead costs, and/or any other indirect costs incurred as a result of 8 performance of this Agreement, and that any such costs in excess of this 9 amount shall not be allowed, paid or reimbursed.
