Base Building Contractor definition

Base Building Contractor means the general contractor for the Base Building Work, who shall be designated by Landlord.
Base Building Contractor means the contractor retained to perform the Base Building Work.
Base Building Contractor means Kajima U.K. Engineering Limited and Tayl▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇struction Limited acting in joint venture or an alternative building contractor appointed with the approval of the Tenant (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld) from time to time

  • Landlord shall cause the Base Building Contractor to periodically update such Schedule during the course of Landlord’s Work and Landlord shall deliver its most current update to Tenant at the time of Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings pursuant to paragraph 1(E).
