QUIET TIMES. 11.1 The following quiet times will apply in The Roost during which no noise will be tolerated – Mondays to Saturdays 00:00 – 17:00 and 21:00 – 00:00 Sundays all day
QUIET TIMES. Each roommate agrees to limit their noise and the noise of guests after 10pm on weekdays and 12am on weekends. Noise includes music, television, loud conversations, cooking and cleaning, and any other activity that reasonably disturbs the other roommates.
QUIET TIMES. Study / Sleep times free from noise or music are from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Personal Belongings. The right to expect that Student will respect each other’s belongings. No personal belongings will be borrowed without expressed consent of the owners.
QUIET TIMES. Because external silence enhances the experience of inner quiet in meditation, we ask that you maintain qualified silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily. Monday is set aside for a silent day for those who are able to participate. Earphones must be used with any audio equipment.
QUIET TIMES. Tenants respect other housemates and keep the noise level low, especially at very early (before 7am) or late (after 10pm) hours. Tenants should consider using headphones whenever possible.

  • CONTRACT TIMES A. Time of the Essence

  • Starting Times Each site principal with input from the leadership team shall determine the starting times for staff members within legal requirements and exactly equal to the work day as set forth in Article 8.1.

  • Delivery Times Deliveries to the City Warehouse or other designated City Buildings or Facilities will be accepted during normal working hours, i.e. 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday unless other arrangements have been made. Deliveries being made directly to City work sites should be coordinated with the City employee responsible for the work being performed at that site.

  • Response Times (a) LogRhythm will respond to new support cases whether received via a telephone call or email within (i) four (4) Support Hours after receipt if received during a Business Day or (ii) by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time the following Business Day if received after the end of a Business Day. LogRhythm will respond to new support cases via email or by directly contacting the applicable designated users. Response times for open support cases will vary depending on the specifics of the case and any Escalation required. If a response will require more than one business day to prepare, Customer will be notified and informed when a response can be expected.

  • CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS As per the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 3701-3708), where applicable, all Customer Purchase Orders in excess of ,000 that involve the employment of mechanics or laborers must include a provision for compliance with 40 U.S.C. 3702 and 3704, as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5). Under 40 U.S.C. 3702 of the Act, each contractor must be required to compute the wages of every mechanic and laborer on the basis of a standard work week of 40 hours. Work in excess of the standard work week is permissible provided that the worker is compensated at a rate of not less than one and a half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in the work week. The requirements of 40 U.S.C. 3704 are applicable to construction work and provide that no laborer or mechanic must be required to work in surroundings or under working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous. These requirements do not apply to the purchases of supplies or materials or articles ordinarily available on the open market, or contracts for transportation or transmission of intelligence.

  • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.

  • Lead Times In general, lead times shall be in accordance with the provisions of the latest edition of the “World Airlines and Suppliers Guide”.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. These clauses shall be inserted in addition to the clauses required by 29 CFR 5.5(a) or 29 CFR 4.6. As used in this paragraph, the terms laborers and mechanics include watchmen and guards.
