If it is necessary for any consents, permissions, or planning permissions, specific to your property, to be obtained before work can be undertaken, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are obtained before work is carried out. If any work is undertaken before such consents or permissions are obtained, we shall do so at your risk and you will be responsible for any claims or loss that we incur as a result of so doing.

Overseas hereby represents and warrants to xxxxxxxxx.xxx that Overseas has obtained, and will keep in force for the entire term of this Agreement and two (2) years thereafter, professional errors and omissions insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in the aggregate to cover all risks relevant to this Agreement and that xxxxxxxxx.xxx is an additional insured party. Consents and Permissions. If you are the owner of the property, you will be required to enter into an agreement allowing us access to the property to install and provide the services. You will also be responsible for obtaining any other consents and permissions required to enable us to install, activate, inspect, maintain, alter or repair the services. If you are a tenant of the property, you will be required to ensure the freehold owner of the property (your landlord) enters into the contract with us and that the freehold property owner obtains any other consents and permissions required to enable us to install, activate, inspect, maintain, alter or repair the services. You acknowledge that if either you (where you are the freehold owner of the property) or the freehold owner of the property (where you are a tenant) fails to enter into the contract or you or the property owner fails to obtain the relevant consents and permissions then we will not be able to provide the services at the property.
