Condominium Association. This Agreement is also Buyer’s application for membership in the Association, which membership shall automatically take effect at closing. At that time, Buyer agrees to accept all of the liabilities and obligations of membership.

Condominium Association. For Property Managers, the association, trust or other organization that is responsible for collecting fees or dues associated with the Unit(s) for which you have entered into a written agreement to collect Condo Fees.
Condominium Association. Only the Owner of a unit within the Ellenwood Landing Condominium Association shall have a right to vote in the association and no one storing a Boat at the storage buildings who does not own a unit shall have any right to vote or have a voice in the affairs of the association.

As such, Tenant acknowledges and agrees that this Lease, and Tenant’s rights hereunder, will be subject and subordinate to any and all documents governing the maintenance, operation, and use of the Condominium, including without limitation that a master deed for the Condominium; the by-laws and articles of incorporation for the Condominium association, and any rules or regulations promulgated by or on behalf of the Condominium association, whether recorded or unrecorded (collectively, and as all may be amended or supplemented from time to time, the “Condominium Documents”); provided, however, that Tenant will have no obligation for any monetary expense set forth in the Condominium Documents. Any violation of the Condominium Documents by Tenant will be deemed an immediate default hereunder, subject only to a cure period equal to the shorter of (i) ten (10) days after written notice or (ii) the period set forth in the applicable Condominium Document. Tenant will indemnify, defend, and hold Landlord harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or penalties asserted suffered by or claimed against Landlord arising out of any violation or claimed violation of the Condominium Documents by Tenant or any of Tenant’s employees, officers, agents, licensees, invitees, or contractors.

Condominium Association. When you purchase a Unit in the Condominium, you will automatically become a member of the Nexus Condominium Association, a Washington nonprofit corporation (“Association”). The owners of the residential units (“Residential Owners”) and the owners of the Commercial Units (“Commercial Owners”) are members of the Association. The Association has been formed to manage and govern the Condominium. In addition to being responsible for performing the maintenance obligations set forth in the Association Governing Documents, the Association is responsible for: (a) reviewing and approving any improvements an owner (other than Seller) makes to his/her Unit; (b) the collection of assessments as described in the Declaration; (c) the enforcement of the use restrictions set forth in the Declaration; and (d) the enforcement of the rules and guidelines for the Condominium, as set forth in the Residential Handbook.
Condominium Association. A Condominium Association is not being formed as part of DEVELOPMENT.
Condominium Association. Landlord shall pay all mandatory fees, fines and dues to the MOUNTAIN RIVER EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION (“The Association”). Landlord reserves the right to vote at all meetings of The Association.
