Except as provided in the Declaration, under no circumstances shall Purchaser be permitted to change, modify or alter Common Elements of the Condominium Development, including, without limitation, the building shell or common systems for areas which serve the entire Condominium Development, including, but not limited to, the chilled/heated water system, plumbing system and venting system.
