Collecting Fees. Distributor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to collect all license fees arising in connection with the licensing of the Images and to maintain a complete and accurate record of the licenses and to accurately report on the uses and pay SUPPLIER its royalty share.
Collecting Fees. If a Fee has not been met by an offset of Fund Indirect Compensation, you may pay it from your resources (rather than the Plan’s assets). If a Fee is 60 days past-due, PCS may collect the past-due amount owed by collecting it from Participants’, Beneficiaries’, and Alternate Payees’ Plan accounts.
